It is extremely sharp. Manufactured with 16 layers of SUS410 high-carbon stainless steel on each side of a VG-10 “Super steel” blade, produces a 33 layered finely honed knife. The handle is made from ebony-black PakkaWood®. The “D” shape offers maximum comfort and control.
